The machine I bought is a refurbished model. However if it wasn't advertised as such I would not have known. It works very well and looks new. I am very pleased with my "new" Epson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has been the easiest to install on our laptops, phones & tablets. I love being able to print things from any of my devices. I can use it to photo copy my important papers & photos. I absolutely love this printer & would totally recommend it everyone.
