Easy setup

Purchased this 4-in-one a week ago and setup was simple. I did not have a cd in my laptop so going to the website was easy and quick. Simple for a challenged person.

Since I'm the furthest thing from a "techie" as you can get, my apprehension was at an all time high for installing this gizmo! Instructions were easy to read, easy to follow, and informative. Thanks for a making this painless and successful!

Hardware AND software installed faultlessly on my Windows Vista pc. Scanner feeder worked perfectly. I'm used to having a shortcut installed on my desktop. That cost one star. Found the scanner program on the pc, copied it to my desktop and it works great!

I have had 5 printers over the years. This is the first one I have had where I haven't had to call for help with installation. Installation was fast and easy. I did use the USB cable as recommended for the 1st installation. Wifi setup was very easy. It was not needed for the 2nd computer setup. This is my 1st all-in-one and it seems pretty easy to use. The on-line help guide is very useful for explaining the different settings. I haven't printed any pictures, so can't comment on that, but it seems to print with good quality and is pretty fast. I use this product for everyday home use. Would recommend to a friend.
