New WF-2540

Recycled my Epson Stylus CX3810, gave out on me print after 6 years, so I bought this Epson WF-2540 yesterday (Nov.,2012): Installation direct and simple (had read all the instructions!), and like quietness in operation, neat, compact size fitted in hutch space on desk, do favor black for office furnishings, like having option of wired or wireless, fax when and if needed, option of standard/high-capacity inks. Hope to have a long, friendly relationship with it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

When i first saw the price on the internet i couldn't believe it, i thought it was a joke because its a all in 1 printer, once in while i need to send or receive a fax and my family those too.
I had an old fax machine, a printer that i still had to blow the inside of it because it was really dusty and a scanner, that i found on the street and was in great conditions, but they were so 2000, well they were older, its just a catchy frase; so i didn't didn't didn't want to spend money on a new on printer (Yes didn't 3 times, this times its better if you think three times before spending money, actually never think that you will spend it, i call it personal investments, internet helps you to take better decisions, so just be patient and READ CAREFULLY)
But now with my new EPSON WorkForce 2540, i have an smaller personal office, more room to buy a awesome desk and because its wireless, i have a secret place for my printer ;).
This is one of the greatest investment that i had made in my personal financial life.
Thanks for making great, affordable, slick, professional looking and reliable printer EPSON!!!

Set-Up

Very easy to follow instructions both written and software. Some of the diagrams could be made easier to follow, i.e. connecting USB cable, but overall I was able to do it all without calling for help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Setup Good Buy

Bought this printer for whole house printing supporting i and e print devices and was not disappointed. Printer was easy to set up and I was printing from iPad, PC's, iPhones as quickly as I could download the apps.
Hardest part of all this install was removing all the packing tape!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Much better this time

This printer seems to be working fine. I had to exchange the previous printer that only printed 6 pages and broke. I'm sure it was a fluke but still a disappointment. The broken printer was the WF-2530. When I went back to the store for an exchange they didn't have another WF-2530 so I got the 2540 which has a nicer screen. I would up paying only $10 more for the upgrade that aslo helped. I like the product because I can now print from all computers in the house plus the iPads. Set up was very easy and automatic with th iPads

Did stans up to expectation

I had this printer for one week. The set up worked smoothly, the printout was in good quality, but the scan to computer was in bad quality.
I loved the quiet and fast performance.
After one week using it (light usage), I started to receive messages that the paper is jam. Which was not truth, the paper did not start even move through the printer. I was instructed to shut off and on the power. Then the paper went through.
After few accidents I returned the printer to the shop, and did not replace it with other one like this.
