My first printer lasted only 10 copies and jamed. The technician while helpful was unable to correct the problem. I was provided another unit which required going through a new setup. Since I have only had the new unit a couple days it is too early to tell if I will have any problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything works great it but, the wi-fi printing. Does not matter what I do it will not work.

Easy as pie

I'm not the most computer savvy person and was a bit intimidated by the WI-FI installation. I used a USB cable to assist with the installation and it was very easy!!!!!

I'm giving a 4 star rating only because I have not used the printer long enough to give it a 5 star.
This is the easiest printer to install and use. I really like how the user book is written all in English. I don't have to scan through many other languages to find the English.
The quick guide is super easy to follow with very clear instructions! I allowed myself all afternoon to get the printer up and running knowing I was going to have to set it up wireless to a pc desktop and a laptop. The entire process from start to finish took approx. 1 hour! I was super excited!
My mom has an epson that she has been very happy with for quite some time. Her model is more advanced than the workforce, so my pictures do not print as crisp and clear as hers. She also paid quite a bit more for hers. I am not looking to print a bunch of photos, so paying the price for a high quality printer was not what I was looking to do.
The workforce has printed wonderful greeting cards for me!
Another plus: The workforce runs off of 4 print cartridges that can be purchased individually.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great setup software

I have had H* printers up until now and this is hands down an easier printer to setup and use, as well as install print cartridges! The wireless connection installation is simple and straight forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent product for the price

I love this epson printer. It has everything I need. With its wifi, I can print/scan anywhere using my smartphone, tablet and laptop. With epson connect, I can receive the document straight to my e-mail. The price was great for all the functions it can provide.

Awesome printer, great printing capabilities from tablets, pcs, and smartphones with the epson connect software.
Optional Ethernet Connection is great also.
Very satisfied with wireless printing capabilities, had tried another name brand with wireless capabilities a bit ago and was not as responsive as this printer.
Im 99.9% satisfied with the product so far. Individual ink cartridges allow for repurchasing ink that you actually use rather then using up more of an ink pigment then another in tri-color cartridges.
The availability of the xl model cartridges allows for more printing before reloading.
