Why we bought Epson

It had what we needed; wiireless connection to our computer, ability to handle variable weight of card and paper stock, a smooth feed of paper through the machine without curving the paper back on itself, separate tanks for each color ink (better quality of pictures), small foot print and a price that we felt was fair for its quality. It was less noisy than our prievious machine and will work with an iPad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with this purchase. What a machine for the price! It was very easy to connect to my wireless signal and the set up of the actual machine was simple. You will not go wrong with this purchase.

Installation instructions were very easy to understand. I am not very technical and I was able to install the Epson Workforce WF-2540 to my wireless network without even using the USB cable. The only problem I had was with the power connection jack. It is very loose and the cord came out a few times as I was adjusting the unit in my printer drawer, so I had to re-do some of the initial set-up functions. Otherwise I am very happy with my new printer!

Since I just got it a few days ago, I haven't tried all the features, but I can say the instructions for setting the printer up were very clear and easy to follow. I had no trouble connecting to my wireless router. The photo I printed from my computer was very, very good. Operation is quiet and fast. I was told by another artist that the ink in Epson printers is not prone to fading or water spots. This will be my brand of printer from now on.

Simple and Easy set up.

Simple to set up from the time you open the box to the time you print your first copy from a wireless devise.
Used a usb cable to down load the drivers to the computer instead of going through the printer promts. This process was very easy to follow.
The price is very competitve, and with the wi-fi connection on this devise. Give the lead up on value.
