I have used Epson printers for the last ten years. I find them reliable, user friendly and they give me excellent results.

Installation was simple and easy. Quality of print is great and printing is faster than I expected.
So far so good as they say.....time will tell. My technically challenged spouse is not intimidated by it and is comfortable using it.

So far so good.... printing as I had hoped - don't love it as much as my W1100 - but that has been discontinued. :( Very crisp printing - looks like laser on coated cardstock. Haven't tried the copy/scan features yet, but generally Epson does not disappoint! (Have owned MANY over the years!)
