Can you make it simple

The store clerk said this can scan to email and to file wirelessly. Its works wirelessly to print but how can I scan to email???
Its not easy to set up and no instructions unless I search all over the internet to get an answer. It is very slow to scan, like a snail.

My WF 2540

Bought the WF-2540 and found it very easy to
install and like the wireless feature so I can take
it on trips in my RV and easier to move and
transport. Printing is quick and sharp and
I use the fax almost daily with ease.

Fax is great. My old one wouldn't work on VOIP

I bought this for my home office and use if for everything. It is a great and very dependeble printer. I use it from my desktop, laptop and smartphone.

My Epson printer

I always had from the beginning other brand printers but my coworker is addicted to Epson and I decided to give them a try. I am very happy so far, However is somethig with the wireless connection,maybe is my laptop or something else,I order printing of two pages and did not print right away. I pushed thr button a few times and then change the way of the printing to go out. Nothing happened. That was in the morning. in the evening I was on my phone walking around the house and when I step in front of the printer she just start printing 5 /2 pages copies of what I order in the morning. Spooky......It must be a reason for that but was funny and correlated to my conversation on the phone that night,we laugh a lot. Otherwise is an excellent printer I am impressed

Excellent easy to setup. Very reasonable cost for what I need the printer for. I would recommend this printer to others. I had an 2010 model and it was excellent until someone while moving drop it and I had to go out and replace the printer. Therefore I purchased another because I didn't have any problems with the last printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The WorkForce WF-2540 was easy to set up and connect to my wifi network. the print quality is good although the speed of printing is rather slow.

Super Simple Set-up, Really Superb Print Quality

I have another brand printer that I've been using and it was really difficult to set-up. This Epson printer is top-notch! The type-written instructions were easy to follow as was the set-up wizard. I am very pleased with this product and will definitely buy this brand product again as it has proven to be a stand out above it's competitors!
