Great, light weight printer. Basically sets itself up, very easy to use. We love the built in wireless. After taking it our of the box we were printing in minutes.
The best thing since sliced bread! And at a very affordable price. We love it! I highly recommend it!

Makes copies at a snails speed. I do like the wireless interface and ability to buy ink online. Its worth what I paid for it.

Very happy with this printer, great for home office work, print copy fax and scan. From small to mid size work load. I give this printer a FIVE STAR RATING. ***** A-OK.

I like the printer and scanning features. Easy to use; nice quality.
The fax does not work with my phone provider, so I am not happy with that. Have to keep it disconnected until I want to fax something. This needs to be addressed in future models...we're out of the analog age!!
The price of the ink is outrageous.
Contacting your support team needs to be easier to find.

Great Printer

I have to say that I have been very pleased with this printer. I've had it for several months now, and I have had few complaints about it. The only con that prevented it from receiving 5 stars from me is that when any of the cartridges are depleted down to a certain point, the printer will not allow you to print anything...at all, no matter the color. I've had previous printers from other companies in the past, and most of the relatively recent ones prevent you from printing when ink gets down to a certain point as well. (I just miss the old days when you could print until black text was gray from lack of ink.) So, as long as you are on your toes and always have a replacement cartridge on hand, you'll have great service from this printer. Also, the printer software comes with a feature that allows you to scan documents and convert them into searchable PDFs (which I thought was a great addition). With all that said, if I had to purchase another printer today, I'd go with this printer again, hands down.

This unit works OK. I bought it because my Workforce-645...quit working and I needed another combination machine. Everything on this machine functions as it should but It just isn't as fast as the 645. I have several other Epson printers that I love in my photo lab but this one is just OK>

Printer /Scanner gets confused by trying to SCAN to USB .... My Printer is on WIFI and I have to connect a USB Drive to get anything to Scan. If you try and open a SCAN doc from the WIFI it won't open. you have to remove the USB Drive and install it into your computer then down load the scans DOC. Seems to me a pain.. Why can't it just Scan to the computer over the WIFI. it says it can but doesn't connect
Go through Toner Quickly
