difficult to set-up

difficult to set up on mac, will randomly lose connection - best to use USB connection to computer ( wifi connection commonly fails - will lose connection) eats ink like crazy. Prints from internet email nicely - but odd printer email address ( cant customize) Overall good features for the price

Overall I'd have to say that this printer is a vast improvement over the last one I had. However the fax is not as smart. The unit waste a lot of energy every time the telephone is used because the unit comes on, goes into some sort of stand-by mode and then a couple of minutes later turns itself off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this printer. I have had 3 competitors printers and was very unhappy. This Epson has great color quality, printing options and it prints faster. Sooooo, don't try to take my Epson, you might get your hands slapped!!!

Good multi. Great customer tech support for set-up issues. A little noisy and slow print prep, but overall acceptable for home use.

Love this printer because Iam new to doing my own photo's and scanning and this device is so great ,the help and support you get from Epson is fabulous, my 6 year old granddaughter is using it for art school and just plain old fun LOVE THIS PRINTER

Size and capabilities were a factor in purchasing this printer and I am more than satisfied with both. The scanning and printing capabilities are much, much more than I expected and clarity of both photos and documents is exceptional. I never use the fax capabilities as I do not have a land line, so cannot comment.
My only complaint is the inability to obtain large ink cartridges locally. They have to be ordered directly from Epson and sometimes I just can't wait for them to arrive so purchase smaller cartridges to hold me over. This means double expense on ink.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend anyone purchase this printer.

Very pleased with the printing, and copying of multi-page documents. Occasional problems with alignment of document feed.
