We've had the Workforce 2540 for a few months now and while it does not get heavy use, it has performed very well so far. The copies are crisp and clear and it does not seem to use too much ink. The price is right and we have had good value for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the printing performance of the printer but not the ink usage. Not a good purchase for anyone who uses the printer a lot.

This is my fourth Epson printer, and I really like the individual inks, the fast printing, the scanner works well, this one has a menu screen in the front and I like that. Very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I use the printer strictly for personal use. It was inexpensive. I love it. It is so easy to set up and use. It is small enough to fit on the top of a 2-drawer file cabinet facing the front of the file cabinet. This is not my first Epson printer, but it is, by far, my favorite!
I would recommend this to a friend!

PROS: The printer works perfectly & the quality is excellent. I use it as a wireless unit & it connects every time.
It was easy to set up & the interface for all functions is uncomplicated.
CONS: I don't like the plastic parts (lids, top feed parts, etc.), they give the unit a cheap feel; I would have paid more for for a unit that fewer plastic parts & a heavier feel.
OVERALL: I'm pleased with my purchase. Print & scan quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this printer for purchase.

Very pleased with the WF-2540. We needed a wireless printer that also makes PDF files for volunteer work. Easy to use and fast enough; set-up was easy as well.
