Easy to set up. Clear instructions. Wasn't sure about google cloud because mention of third party on installation. Need to find out what this means before I install this really great feature.

Wow! So easy to setup and without a USB cable. Set up on two computers and printed from my iPhone instantly. Never owned an Epson product, but am very, very pleased so far with the results.

Perfect Printer

I liked the easy to set up wireless network. I also liked the fact that I can print from my ipad and iphone with the Epson app. Prints fast and quiet. I like that there are separate color cartridges so I can replace only the ones I need. It's perfect for desktops and home use.

THE EPSON WF2540 IS OK AS FAR AS FEATURES AND USE. HOWEVER THE THE AMOUNT OF INK THAT IT USES IS NOT ACCEPPTABLE AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE PRINTER

I am 74 yrs. old and I could not believe how easy and simple the set-up of my Printer/Fax/Scanner WF2540 was to complete. The steps were so simple even a novice such as I had no problems. The ease of use and the amazing results are great. I am sold on Epson . "The proof is in the pudding" .....................JRC

Very Nice. An all in one that does not take up a lot of space, and does everything I need it for. Works just as well if I'm using my Mac or PC and very easy to network. Perfect.

The Workforce WF-2540 All-in-One Printer is my fourth Epson, it will not be my last, next one will be a Epson that will give me high quality photos so I don't have to go to a photo center to print my pictures.

Decent value, but...

This printer seems like a pretty good value for the money. Haven't had it that long, but liked my other Epson printer so... One thing that keeps this and other Epson products out of the 5 star category is that they've done away with the option to print in exclusively black ink. Even the 'black/greyscale' setting is a mixture of all colors - a very dark greyscale - not black ink only. It's a ploy to make you buy their more expensive color ink package. If I could find a printer that does print in black ink only, I'd ditch this baby in a New York minute ;-}
