True all-in-one

The Epson WF-2540 is easy to use and performs very well for an inexpensive home use all in one printer. The set up CD instructions are very clear and easy to understand. There are many options to choose from on the panel which gives the unit the feel of a considerably higher priced machine. Setting up for wireless was a snap and with the addition of the prompt screen this machine is user friendly for all functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Epson WF-2540 may be the entry point for the rest of Epson's All-in-One printers, but it should not be confused with other manufacturers point of entry printers. Epson has managed to make setting-up the WF-2540 so easy, you will either be tempted to call Epson's award winning Technical Support, available in both the U.S.A. and Canada, or read the easy to follow instruction book just so you may enjoy a second cup of coffee.

I bought the Epson Workforce WF-2540 because the printer cartriges were cheaper. Little did I know that the reason they are lower in price is because they barely have any ink in them!!! I can print a very few things and it runs out of ink!!! It ends up being MORE expensive than other printers, and I'm about to get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is light weight and easy to set up. The only thing I think is a drawback is the price of the ink cartridges.

This printer drinks ink too quickly. Probably due to the small ink cartrigdes. When one color is out, it won't print even if you set it up to print in black/grayscale mode. This is a very annoying issue. However, it prints, copies and scans quick enough for my use. I have not tried printing pictures as of yet.
