I had a horrible printer that sucked ink and it was very expensive. But I feel like this printer is going to be great. It had many options and features. It's easy to use. The ink is cheap. It's easy to set up and understand. It's for everyone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great all in one

I am very satisfied with my Epson WF-2540, had an issue with the printer jumping offline, called the support system and they helped me get it back online. The staff were great and attentive to my problem. The printer has been working smoothly ever since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First wireless printer. Have only owned Epsons, from mid 1990's, and all still work. Have only had WF-2540 for 2 weeks. Still learning what all it can do. So far, so good.

I just purchased the Epson WF-2540 and I love it. Out of all the printers I have own this has been the easiest printer to use, setup and it offer great programs I love this printer.

WiFI setup doesn't work.

Try every instructions (print, online and video) to setup WiFI printing, It doesn't work! I'm very disappointed in the overall product of this printer. It does print well via USB cord. I haven't try printing from my phone, tablets and etc since I cant WiFI print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faxing

The only thing I would say is that Faxing multiple copies is very slow feeding through. Also, the ink doesn't last long. I use it for work everyday- I work from home remotely and depend ALOT of faxing. Otherwise, I do like the EPSON.

WF 2540 is a work horse

We got the printer about 2 weeks ago and we are pleased with the print quality, speed, quiet printing, the WIFI and ease of set-up. We cannot figure out the remote print set-up but maybe we are just inept? The print quality for documents is great, for pictures it's not professional but it's acceptable. I love that I can print photos directly from my phone or computer. It prints realtively quietly compared to our old printer. It prints smoothly and without breaks in the lines. It goes through ink really fast as we are on the provided cartridges from two weeks ago and they are already indicating that they are low. I coupon but I haven't printed that many pages. I'll look into adjusting the levels of ink rekeased while printing, maybe this will help?
