Simple hook up and directions are great, good pictures and great quality printing, so far a great buy.

I just installed the printer. I had a usb cable but my PC did not respond. So I typed in the Password, it was easy. I set up the Fax, it was easy. But there was no mention of how to use the Scanner. I tried on my own But was unsuccessful. I will have to go to the Quick Guide

Good, but....

It's a great machine, but we keep getting dust in the feeder, causing lines to appear in the scanned images. Plus, the color cartridge don't last long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It prints O.K. but making copies is very slow, I haven't tried to fax yet, so I don't know how it works

FOR A SMALL BUSINESS OR PERSONAL USE THIS IS THE PRINTER TO BUY. IT ALSO FAXES, SCANS, AND COPIES DOCUMENTS. IN ADDITION, THIS MACHINE COMES EQUIPED WITH A WIRELESS FEATURE THAT ALLOWS WORKING FROM OTHER DEVICES.
