Nice, low cost compact printer. Has shown equal color and speed as much more expensive printers owned previously. It has easy integration into an existing system. Very satisfying.

I was looking for an affordable, small footprint, WiFi capable printer for our home/office setting.
This Epson WorkForce WF-2540 All-in-One Printer seemed to fit the bill. Set up was very easy on multiple devices laptop, desktop, smartphone, and even our Son's Ipod. Print quality is good and better than our previous printer. The only thing stopping a 5 star rating is the fact that I do not know about the life span of this product.

My Wf-2540

At first, I was seriously irritated with it. But, now that I've had my wf-2540 for a while, EVERYTHING works Excellent. The only thing I didn't like, the "iprint" information is misleading. Makes it sound like it's for an I phone, when, in fact, it's not. Once I downloaded that app on my android I print photos from anywhere. The scanner, fax, printer & scanner All work perfectly. Great combination of price & quality..!!! However, i do recommend having it set up professionally.

Nice Unit

I have been using this unit for about 8 months and. all in all, this is a nice unit for the money. Fairly easy to set up, the wireless capability functions well, the printer, fax and copier all work well. The only complaint I have is the degree of difficulty loading the paper into the feed slot on the back of the unit. the insertion guides could have been a bit more generous.

I am SO impressed. The setup was so simple. Even getting it connected with my email, my google cloud drive, etc. was a cinch. I just tested sending docs to both by way of scan and it worked flawlessly. Surely there's a "make me coffee" button in the works...it does just about everything else, why not right?!

Awesome! Compact, fast and great copy quality. Just uses black and the primary color inks. The Workforce 2540 has some great extra features: it has it's own email address for off premises printing with other devices, remote printing and cloud printing. Love It! Love It!
