I purchased the Work Force WF-2540 to replace a WF-600 that got jammed with paper. It was very easy, easier than the WF-600, to set up on WIFI on three computers. I am well satisfied with the speed and performance. I am displeased with the noise it makes when first being turned on, seems to be excessive in my opinion. It is well worth a 4 star rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The unpack and setup of the 2540 was really easy. The quality of the print is excellent. It took total about 30 minutes for the hole process to be completed. I am very happy with this product.

Everything you need & easy to use.

Wirelessly set up for my home in minutes, printing from my smartphone and scanning from my laptop with no cable in seconds. Convenience is generally not my style when it comes to work, I prefer the longer "rewarding" road, but this is something I couldn't pass up. Initially bought for college, I no longer have to worry about waiting to plug into the printer or worrying about cables... I hate cables. Everything sets up in minutes, quicker than boiling water as I have found out first handed, and wirelessly prints for OSX/Windows/Chrome OS/Smart Devices. The digital display and touch pad is easy to work with. The printing is not high quality photo printing but this is not a photo printer, I'm sure you can change the specs to get a better resolution but this is perfect for a small business or home in need of an inkjet multifunction printer.

Am just getting acquainted with my new WF-2540 Printer. So far, so good. Easy to install. And it prints! Have been an Epson user for many years and this is my third printer. Am expecting experiences with this one.

we haven't used the printer much yet, but are very pleased so far, having had no problems with printing, both in black and white, and colour, or in scanning documents to e-mail or to the computer memory. Also, the print speed is so much faster than our previous printer.

this is a great copier. It was a bit difficult to get installed on my laptop, without going through my desktop and router first; then put on the laptop. but it is done now and works wonderfully.... thank you.
