Easy set up and great instructions. I am so happy to have chosen this printer after I spoke with my IT department co-workers. They highly recommended it. I will recommend to family and friends. The printing is fast.

Easy to set up, both the printer itself and the network. All very straight forward. Use the quick start document. Also has a small footprint. That's very convenient as it sit atop my space-limited roll top desk. Hard to beat this printer.

this is awesome machine once you get everything on line you can send from phone tablet where every you are simple to hook up and easy to operate if for business and home use great fax features speed dials fax's fast printer and quiet 5 Stars from me

This is the first printer I've ever purchased for myself but not the first one I've used. I was skeptical at first about my ability to set up the printer on my own and in very little time without too much difficulty. I have to say that the Epson Workforce WF-2540 is the easiest printer to set up and it takes no time at all. It's very user friendly and the directions are so easy to follow. Using this printer is a breeze and I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality printer that is easy to use and operate, that offers high quality printing.

Works great and was an easy setup! Love the wireless feature too! Make sure you do a complete install and do the desktop icons, makes using it easier.

I had an Epson some time ago and switched to another all in one when it came out. With every problem I got to talk to India. Each time they sent me a new part free of charge. Over and over again I had to wait for the part with my printer down. I bought the wireless Epson WF 2540. The set up could not have been easier and setting my iPad and iPhone up to print was easy.
