I love my workforce machine its simple and easy to use real affordable I love being able to download the software from the internet to my laptop

Just purchased this all in one printer. Have only used it to print so far but looking forward to using the copier, scanner and fax. Have had two other brands of all in ones and they both worked well. Have a Epson printer that I leave at our other home and that one works well especially printing from my phone which this one does also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had some problems with the download due to firewall but I worked thru it. Now I am getting adjusted to the difference between this printer and my old one. Liking it more every day.

I am not very good with any kind of electronic device, in fact they all kind of scare me. But, I had to bite the bullet and purchase a computer and printer. This printer was very easy to set up and I was even able to hook it up wireless without calling a help line or a relative. For all of the things that it does I feel that it was worth the money and that Epson made it very new user friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this printer lest than a week, but I find it does everything Epson says if would. I have not used the fax feature yet. I am sure it will function as well as the other features.
