Good but not great

I love the single page scanner on this printer, however the feed scanner always jams on me, and it was my stupid fault for not turning it in right away. But it does a good job doing everything else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 2540 is very easy to set up on the wired network, and very easy to add other computers. Print quality is excellent. Epson scanning software is great.

Hi:
I usually use only B&W. You do this by clicking on Properties when the print splash screen comes up. Then, find, on the left, greyscale or fast greyscale and click on either. Note, on the right, that the check box has automatically switched to b&W only. That will save you some color carts for sure. Note, also, that should your color cart give out you should still be able to print in B&W only.

Print from anywhere and everywhere

I love this printer!!! easy installation, and Wi-Fi connect ready can beat that. I love that I can print from my cell phone from "anywhere and everywhere" that is just awesome. When I'm at work "print" when at the store "print" when I'm at the park walking my dog "print" that easy, why don't you try it.

It is a good machine for the price, but prints in blk & wht very slow and eats lots of ink, and comes in very small cartages that are thin as for my home is not an issue but for office use I don't recommend it.

Excellent Printer

Really love this printer, scanner, and fax machine. Love the fact that it is wireless and I can use it from any of the computers, laptops, tablets, etc in my home. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a great printer.

I have only had my printer up and running for a few days so I cannot give as complete a review as I would like. So far, I am delighted with it. I had been looking for a top feeder that would do any size envelopes and thought they were no longer being made. So this was my first nice surprise. And it prints just fine from my I-Pad. I did not know how it would work in a virtual XP environment which is essential to me for my old card programs and my data base. It connected there, too, with no problem. Yes, I am very happy with my new printer!
