Ok, I have been working at setting up my new printer. Initially, I thought I had it conquered in about an hour or so. ;) That's pretty good for me! I'm quite technically challenged & it's always an adventure when I'm trying to do new things with my computer. Well, I followed the instructions on the "Start Here" set-up sheet. I got an "incomplete" pop-up on the computer screen but it went away & everything seemed to be in working order. I was able to print out the "Check Network Connection" sheet & I thought I was in business. When I tried to print from my computer I got a "Not Ready" pop-up on the computer screen & when I followed the instructions from that, it took me to the printer screen & that told me that the printer was not registered. I followed the instructions from the "Quick Guide" info on pg. 29, "WiFi Light Is On But You Cannot Print". Using the "epson.com/support" address, I was able to register the printer. ;) Now, let's see if I can print from the computer... I'm anxious to get the 1st print-out because the test sheets came out beautifully, so I know the printing will be oh, sooo much better than the printing ever was on my "Epson Stylus NX 430". This new printer is such a great value! The price I paid for all the functions; print, scan, copy & fax is amazing! Well, wish me luck!! I'll try to get back here & let you know how things worked out after I use it for a while.

Great buy and easy set up

There were so many printers to choose from, but I wanted a dependable and economical unit that did everything...copy, fax, print and scan. Epson WorkForce WF-2540 All-in-One Printer was recommended as the best one that fit my criteria. I thought it would be hard to set up because I am definitely NOT Tech Savvy. Tech Support (by phone) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I saved myself an expensive house call by doing myself. It looks nice and now that it is all set up, all of the features are easy to use. I'm impressed with Epson and the All-in-One solution for our copy, fax, print and scanning needs.

Epson WorkForce WF-2540 - Great AIO Printer

This is the best All In One Printer I've ever owned. It does everything anyone could want from a printer, scanner, copier, or a fax machine quickly, easily, and without a hassle.

The printer, scanner, fax machine seems like an excellent machine which my friends have told me about and, I have seen working. However, I am disappointed in that I can NOT get my Epson machine set up with my Vista to print, nor anything else!

I bought this printer because it was an upgrade from my old printer.
I really loved my older printer but I wanted a wireless to try to cut down on all of the cords
tangled behind my table. I was also excited about the concept of printing from my smart phone! But there seems to be some security issues with printing from the phone. Oh well I am still glad I have the new printer Epson has been a quality product.
