Worst Scanner, on Earth

I would Never, ever, ever waste my money on this IF you want to do any scanning, at all. Doesn't print too fast either, and is an ink burner.. If I would have kept my box; I'd send it back SIPPING FOB DESTINATION!!!

Great Product

Purchased one for my work office and after learning through the easy setup was happy with the performance this machine gave. I was told bad things about epson prior to this but I could not get past the price considering all it could do so I took a chance. The one at work is working great for the last 6 months and my home printer went out so I got the same thing and paid $20 less on sale this time. I am very happy and of course the second time is easier to set up. Well worth the money spent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced a computer that would not print envelopes and had stopped scanning.
The install was a little bumpy, but I remembered to uninstall and on the second try it worked like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st Time Purchase

This is my first purchase with Epson, set up very easy only took a few minutes. No need to use cable to set up wireless network however you do need network name and password to do so. I will have to get to know my new printer before I can say anything else about it. So far so good tho.

Crash Excel & Word

What in the world is with your scan recognition program causing total crash of my 2013 Excel & Word MS Office programs. You really should check on this.
I was able to recover by removing your AABBXX or whatever you call it. Fairly poor performance.

I just had to write and express my gratitude for the great all in one printer. l couldn't be happier with the its functions and the results. The printer is very easy to set up and the whole process was seamless the printer actually showed me everything to do! and I had no problems whatsoever. I have never had such an easy set up and instructions on use. and the quality for such a reasonable price astonished me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
