Great printer

This is the first printer that I have purchased from Epson. This was for my daughter who is away for college. On a recent visit back home she told that the printer was the best she has ever had. Function quality of the print is better than the HP's that she has used in the past.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Honestly, one of my good friends recommended this printer to be. At first, the printer was easy to step up, and printed at a great speed. But after the first week, the printer is literally printing 10 minutes a page. My daughter who has a rigorous work load at school and had to print a report that was 15 pages long.. lets just say the printing took longer than the actual work. I am completely had it with this printed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Epsom wireless wf-2540, was so easy to set up, I was up and running, or should I say printing in less than an hour. The printing job I chose to do first was so beautiful, I did four more jobs that I had put off for a while! i even enjoyed doing them. The fact that you only buy the ribbon that you need was another factor in my buying this product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup

theWF-2540 setup easily on our network with only a minor glitch due to operator error. Had to set up from the machine keypad since I did not have a USB cable and none comes with it. Was not difficult. The machine is very light weight. Scanner lid feels flimsy. Don't know how well it will holdup. Lots of plastic. We are low end users so it will probably outdate before it dies.
currently do not have fax connection so can't comment on that. Print quality is good. Have only done one test scan so far and it was good. It appears to meet all our needs. Gave it the 4 stars due to its light weight/flimsy feel

What is this?

I have not been able to se the computer and the printer communicate. I can print but not by Wi-Fi. Instructions in this area are sadly lacking and I am not a novice. You may count this as a review or not but you need to see it.

It Need All Four of the Ink Colors Too Be Full for the Printer To Work , the Black Ink will Not Work By It Self , WOW !!!!!!!
