I just purchase the Epson workforce WF- 2540 all in one and it seem to work great for me.

I returned your printer because the print speed is too slow and the scan is even slower. I purchased a different product this afternoon-WF-3520.

I love my work force all in one series printer. it does a fantastic job. Prints lovely photos and is a real work horse for the kids with there home work and school projects . It gets more than its fair share of use and handles it with ease. It is simply AWESOME !

Well laid out control panel with easy to read screen.
Compact size with having paper loaded vertically at the rear of machine. Automatic feed for multiple sheets works well.

I just bought this printer.It is quite noisy and even when it is sitting idle it seems to be repositioning itself .
The black ink is leaving gobs of black ink on the pages. It is the ink that came with the machine so I'm not sure if I will have the same problem when I put in a new ink cartridge.

Excellent Service

A few weeks ago I purchased an Epsom Work Force WF-2540 All-in-One printer.
I had a few problems getting it set up to my satisfaction but the excellent technicians at Epsom were always willing and able to help with my problems. They were always polite and patient even if I got confused occasionally.
Even the automated phone system was easy to use and the waits to talk to a tech were very short.
All-in-all I am very pleased with the printer and the service offered by Epsom.

Install software probelms

Even though the software provided on the CD was user friendly it was problematic. It would not set up the printer for use with WiFi. After 8 to 10 attempts, I finally got it up and running by setting it up using the front panel on the printer. Nothing in the quick guide suggested doing it that way. Not good if a user is not very knowledgeable.
Aso, any software updates would not work as it would never connect to the internet. Note: my internet service was working just fine.
