This awesome machine is replacing 4 outdated office machines in my office. Printer, Scanner, Copier and Fax. That means about $300 in savings because there are less ink cartridges to replace. Wi-Fi and a small compact design make this machine the perfect small office must have machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although I have not used all the many functions of this marvelous machine to all who need a reliable all in one printer. I'll say this,the quality of the printed product is far superior to my former printer ! I wish, however, that there was more information about the USB cable,(which isn't included) on how one might obtain one. The one that is listed seems to be an A to B type, and looking at my machine, it appears that an A to A is required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm still learning my way around; I've tested the scanner, various applications of the printer. The wireless feature works flawlessly with out home network. The Ethernet feature is a plus, but we don't need it. I can't try out the fax because we don't have a land line, but I was excited about being able to fax until I remembered... this is the first printer for me that has a screen. It is easy to use and I think it will be handy. I'm not a professional, but I the resident photog for a nonprofit songwriter support foundation (George Strait started out here), and I take many, many photos. I'm looking forward to using all it has to offer. This is the best printer I've experienced and I would recommend it to any home user - especially photographers. Oh yes, the price is right too.

I bought it because i wanted to try something other than an hp. ink is a big reason why i bought it. the other reason is because i wanted to have blue tooth so i could print form my ipad and iphone. it works awesome . not had any problems.

Wow! I set up this printer in about 20 Minutes.I set up the Wifi.quick and easy. After downloading the Apps I can print from my iphone ipad laptop and desktop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

From a speed, print quality and price standpoint this printer is a good value. My only real criticism is that I find the operation not very intuitive and struggle finding how to do certain things with it. Compared to other printers I have had, it is somewhat more difficult operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have just set up the WF 2540 which was very easy.
It is very quiet and there is no vibration when it prints.
If it is placed on a small table, like mine, vibration tends to distort the printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
