This all in one printer is easy to set up and use. I have been very pleased with it's speed and reliability.

So far I have used product for faxing, making copies, and printing from computer. It works well for both windows and linux.

a great little printer for the value. not good for books or bulky items, but great in all other aspects. i am very happy with this wf2540 printer.
i occasionally have problem with ADF (automatic document feeder) as papers do not go through smoothly, so i load my papers one by one in scanner. sometimes error button says to shut ADF when it is not even open. so i open it and shut it to turn off error button.
generally speaking i am very happy with printer.

My Epson WorkForce WF-2540 All-in-One Printer is an excellent printer that produces great quality printing jobs. I purchased this printer based on the suggestion of a computer tech and I am very happy I did. It is easy to use and the menu allows me to easily program the adjustments and modifications I need make for a quality product for presentation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Excels !!!

So far I love this little printer. I'm not a techie, but I'm not a complete illiterate either. With my Dad reading the instructions, we were able to assemble the unit in under 20 minutes and it booted up and spit out its test sheet just fine. Quality is a little on the light side (doesn't look like a laser jet :) but for a home office when I need some "right now" print outs, it works well. It just feels like it's going to have better reliability than some of the bigger marquee names I've bought over the last few years that turned out to be junk. Keeping the faith on this one!

EPSON WF2540

I just purchased this printer and it was very easy to set up! I was a bit apprehensive about the installation, since my first printer, an EPSON Stylus Color 740, 1997, decided to take early retirement! It had been that long since I had installed a new printer! Needless to say, the set up and written indirections included with the printer made the installation very easy. I have not connected the phone for faxing, but will in time. Since I just set up the new printer, I can see a vast improvement in the print quality and color as compared to the older printer. The speed to print is also very good. I stayed with an EPSON product because IF my first EPSON printer worked for 17 years, then I felt the quality of their product will continue with my new WE-2540!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer produces excellent quality copies and scanned documents. It is user friendly, but takes a few more clicks to select the destination file for a scanned document. the paper feed trays are a bit flimsy, so don't stand on them! :-)

Buttons are tactile and use is explained through menu. Video assist readily available. Installation was not trouble free. After installation, office 2013 became unstable and would not work. Problem was fixed by disabling add ons. Soft ware did not work with jaws an installed reader program. Problem not resolved. Printing via email is wonderful.
