Almost perfect !

Love my new all-in-one...easy to install, easy to operate and it does everything it's supposed to. My only beef... the cover won't stay open by itself when you're using the scanning bed for scans or photocopies. You have to hold the cover with one hand and work your document with the other. A simple fix but I guess Epson missed that one!

I have owned several printers over many years and this is my 3rd or 4th Epson. This WF-2540 has to be one of the finest printers I have ever owned. It was a breeze to set up and even the WIFI was no problem whatsoever! I have scanned documents and it saves them to either .JPG or .PDF files and can send them to your computer's email over the WIFI or save them to a USB. It will simply do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you want it to without putting a lot of stress on you setting it up. I have been amazed by it and for the price it's truly a steal! One of the BEST investments I've made for the house as I have have 1 desktop and a total of 3 laptops that connect to it through the WIFI. I love the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) and save a ton of paper printing on both sides! You just can't beat this printer. Get it!!! It's relatively small, can be put anywhere, and works flawlessly! Kudo's Epson....Keep it up!!

So far I am very pleased with this printer. It was easy to setup to my computer as well as wirelessly for iPad Air printing. Photos are beautiful and it is so-o-o quiet.

I researched Epson before this purchase, shopped price and found it at a local store. This is the best printer I've ever owned. Extremely easy to set up, clear instructions and does what they say it's going to do. Great value for the price and ink refills are inexpensive compared to other brands.

I am pleased with the Epson WF-2540, because I can print wirelessly, I can scan & fax.
You only need the cartridges for required colors.
Installation is easy. I would recommend this type of printer to anyone.
