Good all around printer

I like the ease of use for WF-2540. Scans and copies fast, unlike the XP-410. Setup and connecting was pretty easy and quick. Wi-Fi connected easily, but had a little problem getting it to be recognized on my network. Just repeated the installation process and all is good. Hope this one lasts a while, I like it.

This was so easy to set up and I am not a
tech "pro". At my age of 60 this can totally confuse
me but I had the printer up and running within an hour.
Just followed the step by step directions. The printer does all I need it to do for personal and a small business use.

I like the new Epson WF-2540. I am not entirely satisfied with the set-up but once you get it working you will be very satisfied with what it can do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. Setup was easy. no problems. WiFi setup is easy. Didn't have to use a USB cord. Printing is very clear. Photos look very good. Wish there was a photo editing program but I will get that when I get a new camera. Very pleased with the printer as of day one!

Sale price was good come-on, but actual performance has been spotty. Occasionally, the Fax gives an indication that something is coming in but then nothing prints out. You must constantly reset to "Best" to get good quality copies. It apparently defaults to lessor quality after "Best' is selected. Also there's no automatic indication of low ink levels. You have to guess when something doesn't print the way you'd expect that ink is low. I have three other Epson printers ( 2- RX500's and an RX 580). This is by far inferior.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
