Most of my printing is B/W. I used XL black emptied all my color cartridges too. Should have gotten a B/W only printer!

Super easy setup went great. Nice quality at a very reasonable price. Plus ink does not kill your pockets. I say go out and get one before it is too late......

No Technical support?

This is my third purchase of an Epson Printer in 2 weeks. They all printed a report that I do not understand.
None of them have printed anything else.
Very disturbed you have no contacts for technical support.

I am having issues with the Software CD and receiving faxes automatically other than that the machine would be excellent.

Just got it, but printed a full size picture, and it turned out so good. I haven't printed on photo paper yet. As for a document, it was soooo clear and nice.

Easy to install, and step by step are as simple
as they say. Very quiet, and so compact.
Has taken beautiful copies, and the pictures are
printer perfect.
