Perfect small business printer

All set and ready to go. It's size and price were the main reasons for this purchase but it is worth so much more. The copies, both color and black and white are clear with adequate speed.
The features: fax, copier, scanner and computer hook up, allow for a corner of a room to become a functioning office in every way.
Very satisfied and Epson is a name that we trust.

I am amazed that once a ink color goes out that I am unable to print any future papers. However, I consider this to be one of the better printers, all in one.

Wrestling with the WF-2540

I have had a very informative day wrestling with the WorkForce WF-2540 All-in-One Printer. I thought it would be a "just plug in and go." Boy was I ever wrong. It has been a very informative day and I have learned a lot of things, to my benefit I should say. I think that the WF-2540 and I will get along just fine. I am a hands on type of person and like to learn as I go. I am not in the least bit intimidated by complex machines or issues. So, I am enjoying this one immensely. I was a Legal Assistant for over 50 years, and just recently retired. Attorneys did not scare me and neither will this!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Price was great. I have basic set up knowledge took less than 10 min. to set up :) Ink price is reasonable and easy to replace

This is a replacement for an identical unit that stopped working. I was happy with the original and chose to get another WF 2540. The only problem I encountered was the installation. After several failed attempts it was suggested to me to not use the enclosed disk but rather go to the Epson website and download the software from there. It worked flawlessly and is working well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
