What a great little printer!

I love that it takes up very little space!
The auto document feeder works well, and it's the best little printer I've had so far. 2 thumbs up!

epson work force WF-2540 all-in-one -printer

I have used all aspects of this printer. The printer set-up was easy with the disc, I am not sure of the wi-fi aspect and it's use. Still learning how to use the fax with ease. I use this for home use, the cost was low and received no postage with the buy from the company. This is my second work=force product and enjoyed the first, so I continued with the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-2540 Performance

Nice printer. Has all the features I need and use, but ... Prints and scans very slow. My old Workforce 610 came alive as soon as I put a document in the feeder. This printer does not. I have to wait for the application to trip it. I print about 100 letters a months and it's taking me twice as long as it did with my 610.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I upgraded from the 610 series to the 2540. The directions were simpler to follow and the wi-fi connection went smoothly. It prints fast and accurately with a minimum of noise. The only drawback is that it has no card reader. Otherwise, it is a very good printer.

What a pain!!!

I have had this printer for several years. Now it takes forever to print something, if the item has anything other than just text in it.
Furthermore, the scanner doesn't work most of the time. I used to work around it's peculiarities by inserting a thumb drive and then taking that to my computer, but even that refuses to work now.
Epson is not keeping up their support with appropriate and necessary updates.
This time when I updated the driver I had to register it as a new item - what happened to the original registration?

I will think long and hard about getting another printer from this company.

I had an Epson printer before and really enjoyed it. So, when it went bad. I decided to purchase the WF-2540 all in one printer. It really works well for the amount of printing that my wife and I do. Thanks Epson

Nice compact printer

I bought this printer as an additonal one for the home office and I never have any trouble with it. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of space. It has all the features one would need for a home office. Overall this is a nice printer with a nice price!

paper feed

Printer is just over a year old and now the printer will not print. keeps saying out of paper- reload. I have done everything under the sun to get it to print and it keeps coming back with the same message "Printer out of paper - load paper"
Really expected this to last longer seeing how I only use it for home. Do not do a lot of printing anyways! This really upsets me!
