Document feeder is totally inoperable. I teach college courses and need a document feeder with dependability.

Product performance and Product Defect Support

The WF2540 worked great and the print quality and speed was excellent.
When I experienced a "paper jam" failure report that appeared to be false, The phone support after a 2 minute wait was excellent. They determined that it was indeed a hardware failure and I received the replacement printer in 4 days. They also supplied a Fed EX return label. I could not be more pleased with their support.
The replacement unit prints very well also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are a small home office with a need for high quality, low output printing combining text and photo images. The small footprint and choice of low or higher ink capacity precisely meets out needs. We are completely satisfied with our choice.

Set Up

I'm sure the WF-2540 works beautifully now that we have it set up. Two things: (1) If a USB cable is REQUIRED, why is it not included? Not everyone has USB cables sitting around waiting for an Epson printer. (2) What is SSID and Password? Not everyone is a computer geek. I have no idea what those are nor where one finds them. I finally talked to my ISP but without seeng the product he could not tell me where to look. He did, however, offer a USB cable so I can at least use the printer. I like Epson products, but getting to use them proved difficult. Thank you,

this printer is amazing so easy to print and scan however it has amazing picture quality .mobile printing is very easy to work . Printer size is perfect for my room . very very easy installation.
i love this Printer .it helps me alot and like a Ultimate Machine

Purchased this unit yesterday. I am starting grad school this summer and needed a printer that was both reliable and compatible with my Macbook.
I don't have an "office" so I love being able to work anywhere in my house and send documents to print wirelessly. It was easy to set up, connected to my network in no time and I am vey pleased with the print quality and that the ink costs are nearly 1/2 of most competitors.

Cant Beat this All in One!

First off you won't waste ink with tricolor all in one. When you run out of run you won't print right and you'll have to replace a tricolor cartridge that still has other colors ink left. This uses individual colors so you replace only what you need.
2) Its Printer/Copier/Scanner AND FAX! Dont settle for just three. You can even fax from and to your computer!
3)you can print using iPhone OR Android PLUS any email account you set up PLUS use the epson app on either iPhone or android!
4)It Has LAN connector in case you ever have a problem with wifi and you still need to print over a network just not wirelessly. Not all printers have all these features.
Only negative is I would prefer a tray for paper but this is fine it holds 100 sheets from the back end.
5) it has an AUTO DOC FEEDER that again not all printers have. Spend 10 more than the others and get this great truly ALL IN ONE printer.
