Not impressed. Uses far to much ink, inconsistent performance due to the need to clean frequently.

Prints ok. Do not get all detailed print options on PC through wireless setup. Main problem is that copy function takes forever. It took almost 5 minutes to get 1 copy of a page. Cannot use scan function with PC through wireless option and must be directly wired. I would not recommend this for business use and calling it Workforce is misleading and this is only adequate for basic personal use but even then the copy function is way too slow.

Frustrated

The single most frustrating piece of equipment I have ever owned. Changing the Lilliputian ink cartridges is more complex than a moon shot, but it's a snap compared with making a copy. I tried pressing "copy"--silly me, nothing but angry beeps. Ten more tries and I gave up. I'd rather fill out a tax form than decipher how to perform simple tasks on this incredibly user UNfriendly machine.

it dosnt work , we have spent about 10 hours loading over and over the soft ware , and it will not function from the computer , also if we try to operate , it directly from the divice , with no computer it will not operate either .

Disappointed

Bought to replace WF610 which lasted an amazing 4 years and was speedy compared to this one which is slow to print and more so to scan and is noisy, truly disappointed. The scan process is convoluted, you can't escape preview before print, (haven't found a work around yet) Previewing takes longer than the old WF610 took to scan and then the printing is longer still. Haven't tried auto doc feeder, can't imagine the time frame for several pages.... And yes, the newer the model the more poorly constructed the housing appears, the inside looks the same as 4 yrs ago. I have used printers since 1972, nowadays more than ever you get what you pay for.

Too much ink

I absolutely love the printer. I like speed, the quality of print, (even on draft). The only problem and its a big one is that even on draft, the amount of ink used is crazy, I have owned the printer for a short month and have had to replace all ink cartridges 3 times since I got it. I have tried everything and this printer used 3x more ink than my previous printer. It is also pretty expensive ink to begin with.
