I have always like Epson, and this little printer is no exception. Good quality, quick response and great features. Also, the ink is easy to find and not that expensive.

Very easy setup! I was surprised when it printed out the test paper, how clear. I had always had the other top brand but now that I have seen what an Epson does I will stick with Epson! No doubt.

The WF 2540 Epson Printer is the third printer I have owned. It has been very dependable. I love the compactness for my small home office. The wireless feature is perfect: Not so many wires and I can put it anywhere in my house. I love the Epson reorder features; as soon as my ink levels reach a low level, it automatically asks me if I would like to reorder now or remind me later. I can my worries about whether I have enough ink or not to rest. I do not use the printer for professional photos so I do not know how well it performs there. It works great for my papers, essays, and articles I print. The online store is great because I can create a reorder inventory. There is no problem remembering what cartridges I regularly use.

I really like the Epson WorkForce printer. Easy to read display and buttons. The one thing that it does not have is a place to insert SD cards. There is a space to hook up a USB cable instead for use with cameras. But I do like the E-Web Print feature and the Clip feature. Easy set-up.

Only good on new computers

I have an imac using OS10.4.11, I downloaded the program which is suppose to make this printer work on this computer. It won't work. It appears on my printer list but when you try to print, it just keeps saying printing, nothing happens and it locks the printer up. Have to shut printer off to disengage it.
Before buying, I looked up for the program that would allow this printer to work with the older imac software. This has caused me many problems. Works fine with new computer.
