works well. setup time is long. if you unplug it you set it up all over again. picture quality will not adjust even though it offers the option.

Output is not good

On final print product, the top half of sentences are cut off. Turned it in, but all they said was to clean heads , which we did. Also the scanner says jam and if trying to make several copies, it says jammed, which it wasn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worthless printer

I have been using this printer for a little over a month and have printed less than 300 total pages and have used 3 1//2 black, 2 1/3 magenta, 2 cyan and 2 yellow cartridges. I have used more than half of the ink above just trying to get something to show on the paper its printing on. worked fine with original cartridges, but has steadily went down hill from there. Would not suggest this printer or any Epson product to anyone if they are all as bad as this one.

Difficult to set up. The printer does not print. Labor-intensive set-up with poor directions -- counterintuitive.

Nice printer. Good size and easy to use. But I returned it to the store simply because it used ink like crazy. It was supposed to give me 175 sheets using the standard black cartridge but I got less than fifty sheet while printing in standard mode printing your typical 12 pt. 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. I was not about to support Epson's ink supply company. It may be possible that I was doing something wrong but I don't think so. Oh, and once the cartridge runs out the embedded chip tells the printer to stop printing. If you want to reload the cartridge you can't. Buy something else. Stay away from Epson ink sucking printers.
