I have purchased several chill mats and this one is the best. It is quiet and keeps my laptop cool. I will purchase another Targus Chill Mat in the future when it is needed.

I was told to purchase a chillmat to further extend battery life of my laptop. I was still unsure, but I got one anyways. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Just pop the cord into the USB, and there's no way your laptop will overheat.(or even warm up for that matter.) Love this product!!

This light weight Targus cooling mat is just what was needed for me to use with my laptop. It is cooler that my previous mat, weighs less, and is very quiet. Thanks for a great product.

This item is perfect. Sits nicely on lap. Holds my 17" laptop with no problem and NO HEAT! yeah!!! I love it and Hp Store had best price and speedy delivery. Great to shop with.

The only thing getting hot....

is my trigger finger! This mat was an afterthought b/c I like to sit with the puter in my lap and play. My old one kept overheating and I started having problems with it shutting itself off at critical moments of my play. Very frustrating! I have been using this cooling mat and am amazed at how cool the puter stays while playing the most heated games! Good Product, Good Price, well worth it.

Due to a disability, I find myself having to lay in bed a lot. I found my laptop that I was using while laying in bed was getting quite hot so I needed something that helped cool it down. This product from Targus does just that. It's quiet too which helps. The only thing I don't care for is that it now gives my laptop a slight tilt which isn't the optimum thing for me seeing as I am using in while laying in bed, but I can live with that. The one thing to keep in mind is that when you close your laptop it does not shut off the fans. It is USB powered so you have to pull the connection to turn it off.
