This product is great! Very satisfied with the cooling mat; it keeps my laptop cool even after running for a while.. would definitely suggest this to anyone who owns a laptop! The dual fans are not noisy at all. Overall, very impressed

First off, this product has good reviews. That's what prompted me to buy it. It's a simple item that should be a must have with all laptops because it does the required job of cooling your laptop very well...especially during hot, humid summer days. There are no instructions on how to use it...which is the top or bottom, but there are instructional videos on You Tube that explain everything perfectly. I was amazed at how cool my laptop stays with this product and there is no noticable noise caused by the cooling fans.

This mat is perfect for my 17 inch laptop. I like that the plug in can be moved to either side of the mat so that it can be plugged into either side of the laptop. The only problem that I had was that it did not fit into my laptop bag and it is hard to use on a solid surface like a table because it slips and slides all over the place. Could benefit from some type of rubber feet or something.

I am so glad I decided to puchase my chill mat! I love that it's vented on the sides. The fans are very quiet I keep checking to see if they are on. The only think I would add is either a port on the chill mat to replace the one the it is using or the option to plug it into an outlet. Otherwise I love it.
