This item is perfect. Sits nicely on lap. Holds my 17" laptop with no problem and NO HEAT! yeah!!! I love it and Hp Store had best price and speedy delivery. Great to shop with.

This chill pad is rated #1 and I do agree after installing it and using it for some days now, makes using my laptop easy and gives my laptop it a great sturdy support.

The chill mat is quiet and seems effective. However, one major distractor is there is NO on/off switch; and so the mat is constantly running when the compuler is on. Sometimes there is a need to have the fan off (i.e. when one is using a speaker phone)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product keeps my laptop from getting to warm while keeping me cool also. The best part of the order was that I was told it would take 10 days too 2 weeks to receieve the chill mat and I receieved the mat the very next day by Fed-Ex.It was also quite inexpensive which helps a great deal in today's economy!!! I would also like to say that the customer service is second to none!!! Customer service is impeccable!:-) Have a great day!

I love my chill mat, i like the way my computer sits on it and the computer stays cool, you never feel heat. The mat is nice looking and supports my computer very nicely.

I am so glad I decided to puchase my chill mat! I love that it's vented on the sides. The fans are very quiet I keep checking to see if they are on. The only think I would add is either a port on the chill mat to replace the one the it is using or the option to plug it into an outlet. Otherwise I love it.

My new Targus chill mat has made my my laptop "so cool".
It's a great product and makes it easier to put my laptop on my lap and keep it and myself "cool".
