Great device but poor setup/sync/ How To Use

I switched from the iPhone. Two weeks later and I'm sill trying to get Kies sync (replacement for iTunes sync) to work on Windows 7, trying to streamline the phone from so many embedded apps, and overlapping apps. trying to figure out why I have two sets of the same pictures and trying to figure out how to clean up files stored in memory.
I think the phone is great, just requires more time to learn, tune, and reach the benefits.
Pros: Bright display

I absolutely love my Galaxy S3. Freedom from being tied down to Itunes is great. It's lightweight and easy to figure out. Had a problem with battery not lasting but when I started using task manager it works much better. The cameras are crystal clear. Loud speakers.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

This if the first Android for me and I'm loving it!!
Upgraded from the IPhone 4 to the Galaxy S3 and all i can say is SAAWEEETT!!
Battery life could be better but considering i use this like a laptop it's not too bad!!

Love my phone but...

I do love my new phone and don't get me wrong I wish I knew how to use it fully(converted from Iphone which is very user friendly) but my main complaint is the keyboard freezes alot and then I can't use the phone. I didn't complain to att yet as I guess i am just used to maneuvering through apps and text etc quickly and this is just not that fast.
Overall is a good product but is very sensitive.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: sensitive

i bought my samsung galaxy s3 in august of 2012. I instantly fell in love with it. I love the apps, the feel, the size, the colors everything until now. In december of 2012 my phone seemed like the battery was running down extremely fast. I also noticed a alot of bleeping sounds when i plugged in the charger that came with the phone. i also noticed that my phone stopped charging while on the charger and started to feel hot to the touch now. I went to the warranty att store for them to tell me that the usb connector on my phone is somehow broken and now my warranty is voided and i dont know how it was broken from the charger that came with the phone. Then they tell me i have to pay the same price i paid when i upgraded to this phone as a deductible to get a new phone or take it to a 3rd party wireless store to get the usb connector on the end of the phone replaced!!!! I went online to find out that a lot of other people are having the same problems with this phone and if samsung noticed this problem then they should fix it immediately if it is a ongoing defect like i have been reading on alot of blogs.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, gets hot after long time use, usb connector defect

It's always Samsung for me

Because the phones are all basically the same, you are up and running like you've had the phone for a while.
I do find I have to charge it a lot, but then I do use it a lot.
The volume is incredible! I am hard of hearing and with this phone I can hear clearly.
I love the size and it is very light weight. You can change the size of the font with the volume rocker key.
I write almost all of my texts orally. I also have trouble seeing. S Voice is also a very nice feature. It allows you to start apps by speaking them!
Of course, I am a long time user of Samsung products. I can't remember the last time I had a phone that wasn't a Samsung. I also so have one HDTV and one Smart TV.

Love everything but the screen

I love love love this phone BUTTTTTT!!! Samsung has to do something about the easily breakable screen. For the money they charge for these technological advanced devices there should be a better screen installed
