Great Phone with Extremely disappointing battery life

After being an Iphone owner for many years I switched to Android and purchased a S III. The phone is great. Nice screen and good performance. The battery life compare to any Iphone is horrible. I can hardly get through half day with a fill charge, I tried all different power saving settings and even purchased an android app to manage power. 8 hours max. I am not a heavy user of internet and hardly ever download music or large files. The batter life basically make this phone unusable. which is a shame as it is a very nice phone. The question to Samsung is "why would you make such a great phone with such a poorly designed battery life?
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: battery life

Happy with the product, some flaws

This phone was an amazing upgrade from my iPhone 4 that I had for the past 2 years.
BUT the only complaint I have is the bluetooth having two different profiles, which ultimately made my Eclipse Nav Headunit no longer be able to use its Bluetooth phone calling abilities. I can use Media audio streaming, but its glichy.. for me, a MAJOR feature I had to give up unfortunately. But otherwise, no complaints.. except BATTERY LIFE could be MUCH BETTER!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: bluetooth connection problems

The Samsung galaxy s III is the best phone besides the galaxy note II.

Best device that I've ever owned!
Before this device, I was a die-hard Apple user and would not even think of another device. Now, all I use my iPhone for is an alarm in the morning time.

G3 very fast

This phone is a great improvement over my Samsung G2 and runs much smoother. The only real problem I have is that they stopped allowing the synching of Outlook notes and you are no longer able to move apps from the internal phone memory to the micro SD card. Other than that the display is brilliant and responsive.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

Love how slim,fast performance, love the nfc, and s beam. We all have one in my family. Love the small video window so i can multi task. It has sweet features. I Like the quick screenshots the most.

Galaxy s3 is simply an extension of yourself. It learns how you manage your apps and how you use the device. It's just what anyone would like a smartphone to be!
