Poor manual

The phone came with no manual so I downloaded it from the web. It's not very comprehensive and seems to gloss over things. You can always go to the web for tutorials and forums but that's not very handy when you're out in the field.
Pros: Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

As my first smart phone, Samsung definitely sold me a great product and will be keeping my money from here on out. The phone is extremely easy to navigate through once you get used to the interface. Being able to customize everything about the phone is a BIG plus. I had this phone for over a year and I was still saying, "oh that's new, I didn't know it did that."
My only issue is the battery doesn't last too long. I guess I was used to a couple days comparing to my little slider phone.

THE BEST ANDROID PHONE

I have been thoroughly impressed with my Galaxy S3. My only complaint is my screen cracked by laying it down. Have heard from at least 2 friends they also had issues with the screen cracking with out ever dropping it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

My First Smartphone

This phone is a great device. I bought it a little over a year ago and it still works well; however, lately I've had a couple of issues with it. It freezes up more often and it simply won't charge. I don't know if it's the charger or the phone. I used to have issues with the battery life as well however there are some great apps that can help minimize battery drainage, especially the app called Power Master. All this aside, the phone is still in great shape. It's light and thin, balanced in the hand, extremely durable, speakers work well, and the colors are great.

Cons: battery life, charging issues, freezes up sometimes

Can't live without it

I love my Galaxy S3 to bits it is in desperate need of an update, it always freezes it lags it decreases in power sometimes while on charge. the lock button becomes very sensitive and locks with a light touch no pressure or full contact needed to lock!
I wish it had more ram!
