Great phone

Love this phone, from the design to all the cool features. The only problem I've had is since I did the latest update it has slowed down some. Takes awhile for the camera to open and some of the apps.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: expensive

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! Amazing after using a low end android for so long.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I switched from an iPhone to the Samsung Galaxy 3. I was skeptical at first because I loved my iPhone (or so I thought). However, after I learned my new phone, I can't believe I ever thought the iPhone was so great. The picture quality on my Samsung is so much better, the screen is so much bigger and I love that I can expand my memory with a SD card. Never going back to the iPhone!!! The only con I have is that when I'm in sunlight, I can not read my screen, no matter how I adjust the brightness.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Solid and long lasting

This was my first introduction to Samsung's high end Galaxy lineup, and I must say this phone remains a solid performer even in 2014. The features and capabilities packed in have kept it relevant and useful even today. Extra BONUS credit for the Kitkat (Android 4.4) update. Furthermore, the GS3's camera is still better than most phones out there, even though it struggles with low light. I am extremely sure my next phone will be a flagship Galaxy, if this is the kind of treatment and support I can expect.
I strongly recommend getting a decent case for it, as it's kind of delicate. However it's NOT as delicate as some glass phones I can think of.
