Samsung Galaxy S4 is a great smart phone

It was responsive and quick for apps, worked great connected to my 1080p TV, and had good built-in apps.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: cell reception was poor compared to my older phone
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor performance and short battery life. Battery heats up and unit is sluggish.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Pretty good when i first bought it, but it got a little outdated so I replaced it with a gs7 edge. Love this new phone.

The device runs hot.

It's best to charge while off. Otherwise this device will feel extremely hot to touch. Not only does it become hot while charging it also becomes very hot during normal function. Walking with it in your pocket while on will feel like you have a mini heater in your pocket.
Pros: Durable
Cons: runs hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For a first time smart phone I believe it is a home run,I can't see needing anything it doesn't do,
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive
Cons: Not high def, poor quality camera?or is it mebeak

Solid performance phone

This phone showed a solid performance from the very beginning.
After a while, it started getting slower because of the downloaded apps, but a quick reset made a new phone again.
Those pre-loaded apps were useful but I wished I has some others (downloadable anyway).
I would definitely recommend this.
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def
