Couldn't afford this new.

But when I could afford it, I was VERY pleased with this phone. In fact, this is a replacement of the same model 'cause I sat on the other.
The OS is very intuitive, the phone is attractive and well made. (Just don't sit on it) The grafix are great and reception, even with my ISP is pretty good.
The one down side is the lack of support for this museum piece. Oh well.

They have the market cornered with Galaxy family. Feaures, ease of use, conectivity with all Samsung products is way ahead of any competition.

Good old phone

I got this phone a few years ago at Christmas and loved it. It was very fast, took excellent pictures (especially of flowers for whatever reason), and was loaded with features. I am not a particularly careful person and the phone stood up to some serious use/abuse before the screen finally cracked. The original battery lasted about three years before it started to fail. It is time to replace the thing, and I have my eye on a waterproof (S7) model but I'll need to save some money up - the one drawback about these things is the expense.

I loved it I used for the longest time I mean I wished it were a little bigger but other than that it was perfect I would forsure recommend

Battery life is very low

I love the whole phone except the battery life is very small. I have to charge my phone multiple times a day which is doable for me, but a bit inconvenient. This was not the case for my previous s4 that I got a couple of years ago.

Not as impressive as it should have been

S7 added a fingerprint scan, mobile pay as standout new features. It removed the IR blaster, does not have removable/replaceable battery.
Battery life is lacking. The main reason i upgraded from the S4 was my battery life had diminished. Under normal usage my S4 would be at 30% after 8hrs. I get the same or worse battery life with the S7.
They replaced the "menu" smart key with an "open app" key.
