Another Epson Printer For Me

Generally I like Epson because of their wide print format options. So, here I am buying another Epson ~ 5th in 20 years I suppose. This time a WF-7510. Unfortunately, the black ink cartridge (just opened the box install) is reporting an error. Epson technical support is helping me out on this. I have confidence it will all work out well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

POOR SETUP

I have always liked Epson products but thhis all in one is the worst I have ever had to setup. The instructions were terrible and it took me over 3 hours to get the printer, fax, scanner, and copier to work properly. If I knew what I know now I would have never purchased this all in one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy for Chromebook

I use Google Chromebook.
Thought I did enough research to make sure it will scan to cloud direct - Google drive and such. Between the Google Cloud Print and Airport verbiage on brochures/webpage, thought it was the thing for me. This one doesn't do that. Took forever to realize it after hours and hours of wasted effort. Even the support folks were stumped. Found from sales folk what It can't do. WF 2540 does.
Bought it refurbished (no returns). Stuck with a machine I barely can use. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great multi function printer

The 7510 is a great multifunction printer that prints up to 13x19 and has fax, scanning and wi-fi capabilities. It does not have the duplex printing feature, but double sided printing can be accomplished manually. I like the large scanning area of 11x17. And, memory cards can be inserted into the printer. All in all a great printer at a great price point.

Its got a lot

This machine almost does everything I want it to.
It copies, scans and prints with high quality and speed. One reason I got it aside from the integrated features is the large scanning bed that can scan 11 x 17 documents. I am disappointed with the fax feature. The auto receive feature does not work. Everytime the regular phone rings it sets off the fax and I'm not sure the manual fax works in that I have had a lot of failures on the receive side. I have tried a number of fixes, none of which worked. I noticed way down in the manual small print it says that the fax feature may not work properly with certain phone systems, one of which is mine.

Epson Workforce 7510 All-in-one printer

It was easy to figure out how to set it up. I had to check the online user's manual for a couple things but then WOW -- absolutely beautiful images. I'm very happy with this awesome printer.

EPSON Printers are the greatest!

I have used many different printers during the years I have used computers. (Should I say decades?) Epson was recommended to me by a business associate. When I got my first Work Force printer from Epson I was totally awed at the ease with which it installed and operated. All of the programs were easy to use and didn't require me to "tweek" the programs. I scan, fax, print, copy, etc., etc. _ Everything you can do with an All-in One. I got a new printer because I needed a wider printing base than normal or legal paper. So my old Work Force is still working after 50,000+ copies. (Determined by the number of reams of paper of 500 or more - It's a business expense.) I never even thought about buying another brand of printer. As long as EPSON keeps making these fantastic Work Force printers - I'll keep buying them. Thank You - EPSON!
