Its a bit hard to experience all the features of this printer as there were no instructions nor a driver cd included. I was able to download a driver from the website; however, it would still be good to have the instructions etc. My other complaint is that there is not a driver for my Microsoft Surface running Window 8 RT available. Is this coming?

I needed a printer and scanner that could handle 11 x 17 format and also create good color copies. So far, I am very pleased with this printer. It was very easy to assemble, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a large format all-in-one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy-peazy, FAULTLESS INSTALLATION/PERFORMANCE

We installed this printer on my husband's OLD windows machine. Install was uneventful, I think it took him longer to unpack the machine than to install the software. I installed the printer on my Mac from the website. It took me longer to locate my wireless info than it took to do the install. I've run documents through the printer wirelessly and it's so fast. Loving it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-7510 Drivers Caused Computer to Crash

Shortly after installing the drivers for the 7510 (Supplied on Disk with Purchase). My computer crashed, catastrophic failure. Indicated hard drive had failed, among may other problems. Even the computer manufacture Tech Support said it was a failure of the hard drive.
The problem was that the drivers furnished on the disk were not for my Windows 7, 64 bit, operating system. There were no cautions in the quick set up guide, nor the manual supplied. This cost me over 19 hours of work to correct the problem. This was time that I could have been billing clients.
VERY DISAPOINTED IN EPSON, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

What a mess! You computer people just assume that "we all" are experts with technology!! All of us aren't!! I have used Epson printers for years and have NEVER had so much trouble and have wasted soooooo much of my time!! Right now I am furious. I need to print Executive Board Reports and guess what!!?? it will not print! I have a Mac and You need to have better directions when we Mac People have to log on to Epson's web site. Not clear at all and now I will have to pay someone to help me install!!! Wish I had purchased something different! Thanks for total trouble!!

ALL-IN-ALL AN EXCELLENT PRINTER . HAD MINE FOR OVER A YEAR. NO PROBLEMS. FEATURERS ARE EASY TO USE, IF YOU ARE KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.
