No Operating Manual

I bought the 6 Slice Convection Countertop Oven but no instructions came with it. I have used it in a limited capacity and it works great but I would like to get the full benifit of this product. It doesn't appear that they have a cxustomer support where it could be easily downloaded.
I would recommend this to a friend!

does not reach temperature that is on dial

put a temperature gauge in and oven at 450 it only came up to 300 after 30 minutes. I wish I never bought this. tried to cook muffins in and it wouldn't cook them fully what a waste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a toaster oven before. I have used it to make garlic bread and warm up sandwiches. It works fine, but I do think it should have more specific directions on how it works, and/or a recipe book included for some guidance. It took me awhile to figure out how to make the garlic bread the first time, but it was very good..
I would recommend this to a friend!

works great. Only thing I don't like is the temperature selection button. its too small and hard to get it right every time.

great little broiler

i purchased this 4 months ago , works fantastic no problems at all.. great for broiling chicken and sausage etc. heating things up and making the best tomato and cheese sandwiches ever.. i love this little toaster besides for the money .. i would have paid 3 times the amount .. it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!

Cook time is too long. At 350 deg.F I can take the tray out with no oven mitts ?
