Love this camera

I had a point and shoot camera and was looking to upgrade. I looked for about a month at reviews and decided on this one because of the features and reviews. I have had this camera for about 2 months now. I am not diappointed at all. I am still learning the features but it is not hard. If I had it to do over I would make the same choice.
Pros: flip-out screen, picture quailty
Cons: none so far

The camera I have always wanted!!

I have always wanted a Canon camera ever since my sister bought one years ago and took a photography class. The photos she took were amazing. I thought I would never be able to afford a camera like this. I retired this year and bought this camera as a present to myself. I was intimidated at first, however, this camera is so easy to use!! I have a lot to learn and am so excited to explore all the options this camera has to offer!! I would highly recommend this camera to anyone, pro or not!!

Easy to use for the Beginner

I have wanted a nice Camera for years and finally treated myself for my Birthday. Although I intend to learn a lot more about Photography, Manual modes and all the other stuff, I was amazed at how easy this Camera is to use right out of the Box. I was able to take a ton of amazing Pics the very first weekend I used it. I have been able to take some amazing night shots and also some great shots of cyclists, which is one of the reasons I bought it, to take Pictures at Pro-Cycling races. I love my T3i. Awesome job Canon!!

We bought this Canon camera to take pictures of wife's Quilts, astrophotography from being attached to a telescope, and to take pictures for our vacation to Maui, Hawaii. Our new camera has operated flawlessly.
Our pictures of wife's quilts are awesome, both close up and full frame. While in Hawaii we used telephoto lens to photograph whales, sunsets, sunrises, and nature walks.This camera exceeded our expectations.

Wow, this is a great camera

I have heard a lot of great things about Canon cameras, but never imagined that it could do so much stuff. The camera takes great pictures in auto mode and now I am taking a class to learn to use the manual settings. I have tried using the video features and the quality of the video is so great. I plan to use this camera to document the growth of my child and record major events in my lifetime. Thank you Canon for making such a great camera

New camera rocks!

I can't say enough about this camera. I took it on a trip to the desert southwest and the Grand Canyon and the shots turned out better than I imagined. The detail and color in the pictures was awesome.
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use

After owning the T3i for quite a few months now I am going to buy a second one. (I know there is a T4i out, but it doesn't impress me as much as the T3i)
The T3i is the perfect combo for a photographer/videographer and filmmaker. Both still and video quality have impressed me by leaps and bounds considering my budget.
These are such wonderful cameras that I feel I need more than one.
