Great Purchase-worth the money

I have owned the T1i and T2i (which I thought I would have for a LONG time). I have to say I was thrilled when I saw basically the T2i being updated to this camera. When I started to take some portraits with the T2i, I found that lower shots or excessively high shots were difficult. But now with this articulating screen - I would have to say the extra $100 is well spent - especially with the T3i's wireless capabilities with an external flash. Nice thing is, all the accessories from my T2i still fit this camera. I really debated on the 60D and the T3i, but this won out mostly because of that reason.
Pros: good battery life, Nice features/settings, excellent image quality, Bright LCD, Simple controls/menu, easy to use

my first DSLR

This is my first DSLR camera and I love it. It was greatly recommended to me by a friend who's a photographer out of array of different brands, knowing that I'm amateur. I find it relatively easy to use, and it allows me to take pictures that I wasn't able to with a regular digital camera. I like the sleek design and the price was very affordable considering the great quality. I'm looking forward to learning photography with Canon.

I hit the reviews about the Canon EOS T3i hard and from the reviews I've read, the EOS T3i is an impressive DSLR. Yes, I love the magnesium alloy bodies of my other EOS DSLRs but this camera is fun and enjoyable to shoot. The quality of its digital images are outstanding to say the least! Canon did a great job with combining all of the features of other great Canon DSLRs and the results aren't too shabby. I plan on carrying this camera around with a L lens or two because it's pure fun and a serious consideration if great images are your goal. The Full-HD is another great bonus, too! Don’t underestimate this camera because its name is Rebel. For the money its features can’t be beat.
Pros: outstanding image quality, easy to use, feels secure in hand, tilting lcd screen, solid construction, great addition to eos rebel line, simple to use, improved grip, great price, bright lcd screen
Cons: plastic body, slow autofocus, lack of weather sealing

All in all this was a good purchase as my first multi lens camera. Have used it about 5 months and so far the only faults are in the operator. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a similar product.
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use, if i can figure it out anyone can!
Cons: would recommend getting second battery

For years, I had a S--rs KS super II, then a M----ta 3xi. While I loved each of them, it finally became too hard to get decent developing done. After a couple years of digital point and shoot agravation, I spent the money this spring for the Canon. I'm still learning how to take advantage of all this thing has to offer, but my image quality is SO much better now! It's hard to believe the low-light performance at my kid's concerts. Picture-taking is fun again! Saving up now for a decent flash unit - let the accessorizing begin!
Pros: quiet, excellent image quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Simple controls/menu, easy to use

I am a amateur and shoot from a wheelchair. The quality is super overall especially in low light situations. I shoot a lot of disabled sporting events and for our local newspaper. I also am the photographer for my Lions club. As a amputee in a wheelchair I have problems getting the shot I want because people tend to walk in front of me or I can't get as close as I want to be. I overcome most of these problems by using a monopod which allows me to get the camera up about 8 feet.
I have a remote attached to the camera and with the LED screen tilted down I can capture the scenes I want. I also use a 18-135mm lens almost exclusively to have the needed range because of being in the chair and being blocked by people. I am starting to get the hang of shooting videos and their quality is super also. Needless to say I am thrilled with this camera
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use

Best Camera I have owned

My pictures look so professional you would never know I was a beginner. The flip screen is awesome. The way you can go from 1 picture on the screen to 9 is excellent. You can look at them and delete long before you get home. The battery lasted longer than I expected. The speed in which it can take a picture is very impressive. The quality and features are great. It is light weight and easy to carry alone or in a case. I am very happy with my Rebel T3i. Can't wait to see what else it can do. It is easy to use. It doesn't have a lot of buttons, it's just simple and straight to the point. Practically point and shoot.
Pros: good battery life, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Simple controls/menu, easy to use
