Wonderfull product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator I have ever purchased. The separate view door is a very convenient feature. Tap the door to check if you need milk or your go to now items. This keeps the inside food at an even temp. The freezer has 3 drawers. Great improvement for accessibility.

Very good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I had the microwave installed just after Christmas to replace a 17 year old unit. This LG microwave has a lot of great features, looks great in my kitchen and works great. The only feature that I miss is an express cook button , which automatically started when you the buttons 1-6 are touched.

Oh That Compressor!

Purchased this refrigerator based on functions, features, and capacity in August 2014. Up until recently I would have referred friends and family to LG in general and this model in particular. Then it happened. Last week the compressor went out. Less than five years old and the compressor went out. And to make matters worse, it is still down two weeks into the problem and installing the replacement compressor isn't scheduled until next week. Three weeks without a refrigerator. Didn't plan on this. NOW, I understand this is and has been a common problem with LG. Lesson Learned!!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has broken down three times in 8 years. Water dispenser is oddly designed so that everyone who uses it spills water all over the floor because it operates differently (and not better in any way) than all other fridge dispensers. Shelves adjust poorly making not quite enough room for anything to fit properly. ‘Space saver’ sliding shelf is completely useless as shelf. Makes less space than regular shelf because of sliding mechanism and slides back when you try and use it as a regular shelf.
Freezer is well designed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the doors need a little extra to close, and the compressor burned out , but was under warranty. The motherboard had to be replaced with the compressor, which was a process. Otherwise, meets our expectations
