Sleek looking and energy efficient

I love the look of this fridge and ambience lighting. The only down fall is the space to store tall items. I am really happy with my purchase and have found ways to work around the storage problems.
Pros: Durable

had a problem with door seal. caused frost in freezer. called samsung and service person came out and replaced. works alright now

Good product, but not enough

I liked the design on this production, unfortunately, it started to fail after only a few months of use, it first started with strange loud noises (for short periods of time), after the strange noises came the second problem, the display showed a certain temperature but the real temperature was almost as high as the ambient temperature. So I had to basically disconnect the refrigerator for a couple of days and plug it in again and it works normal again, I have to do this once every couple of months. The other very annoying problem is that it leaks water from the inside and accumulates in the drawers and bottom of the refrigerator, and I have to remove that water like once every 5 days.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ongoing problem

While this unit is nice looking, it has an ongoing problem with water leaking into the crisper drawers. It has been serviced once and parts replaced and while it worked fine for awhile, the problem has now resurfaced on two occasions.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performance is excellent. I wish I could have a larger model. Paint chipped when door was banged in several places.

The worst product I have ever purchased. Has a defect that Samsung knows about and will not take responsibility for. Ice freezes on the bottom of the refrigerator and freezes produce. Is a defect and cannot be fixed. They should replace these refrigerators but they don't. They are junk!

We had a tight spot to fit and this model worked out perfectly. I love the french door design. We are just two so the refrigerator has plenty of room for our needs. Recommend this product.

Bought new fridge to replace old was little smaller then old one but works great. Digital features are nice and has lots of options for not a high end fridge. Recommend if looking for a value and nice fridge.
